Although the names escape me, I do recognize a few characters. One of the TMNTs, Alfred E. Newman, the Karate Kid and Groucho Marx come to mind. Is that Charlie’s Angels down in front? If so, the hair is way wrong.
The teenage mutant Ninja turtle is the only really obvious reference to me.
The girl on the far right in the fourth row looks familiar from a number of webcomics that feature a goth chick. Just for example, Flaky Pastry had one of those iIrc??
For all I know, each and every character in that panel is lifted from somewhere else, and I just don’t read enough (or the right) comics.
Or, well, they may not be THAT similar.
