Sorry all about the delay.
Between the holidays, work and the sheer size of this comic, it took a little while to get out.

I can understand why Melvin thought Jean was 800. Turning into a genie isn’t a common occurrence, and he has clearly experienced other genie’s before. But clearly Melvin has a complete lack of knowledge regarding old tv shows.

Heh. There’s an old cartoon from Punch – possibly from the 1890s or so.
Anyway, it shows a country railway stationmaster looking in his tariff book, and he says “Cats is dogs and rabbits is dogs, but tortoises is hinsects and rides free.”
Jean would do well to recall Lord Kazom’s advice on how many points she could lose, turning Melvin into an insect.

A Disneyfied “Pigs is Pigs”.
Delay was annoying but I’m still votin’. I figure (naively) that more votes will end up meaning more comix. I got Evil Diva from 40is to #4 and now in the top ten consistently but rallying people to vote. I dunno if I can be that helpful around here but I can nag people to vote. it’s free, takes all of a second, and if done daily really makes a huge difference.

Wait?, when you say 60s, you mean early, or late?, because there are like 10 years missing, or this reality is placed on the last decade?, 😛
And I didn’t saw the cat poll early, so, I will comment here: obviously he did made himself a cat, why not?, sleep, eat, sleep, sleep, eat, sleep, sleep, and some things in between. Unless your owner is Elvira, everything is good, :cat:

Since we’re working with what Melvin just learnt,
(2010 – 1960) – 23 = 27
(and yes I know this comic was posted in early 2011, but I wrote this in 2010, so the math still counts, AND I know the TV show was broadcast between 1965 and 1970 dispite using 1960 as a figure, but remember, this is all the information Melvin has to do the math.)
