So i’m guessing that Jeanie is also going to be a mom-to-be by the end of this little adventure as well?
Lahab said that the when her Hubun Jadid will mature is entirely up to Jeanie’s own choice. So I strongly doubt it, given who the “father” is, haha.
Wait? Is she not about to become a mom?
I still think that in some sense she already is, that the Hubun Jadid thing can be postponed but not aborted.

Jeanie may not be too crazy about the idea at first, but she’s going to love having servants (ladies-in-waiting) obeying her commands and pampering her from morning to night. It might even make marrying Guano and having a baby seem worthwhile.

Jeanie is mated to the Genie who is expected to succeed Haji as overlord of all Genies (so basically their next king), so making her officially “Princess-Consort” does seem to follow. This would nominally put her above the lesser of the Genie Lords—how is she going to handle this level of nominal authority?

If I had to distill my guess down to one word, that word would be “Poorly”.

Poorly, yes, but in what manner? Is she going to let it go to her head and be a petty tyrant until someone takes her down a peg? Is she going to try to “reform” Genie society by trying to get rid of customs that she feels are demeaning, only to screw it up royally (heh, royally)? Is she going to commit a catastrophically massive blunder on day one?
Yes, that seems quite likely. Or at least two of those three.

Rarity said that pink is “so last season”, and seems to be planning something blue.
I wonder if a harem is customary for the new Haji. If so, then Jean’s also going to have to play den mother to those girls.
Also, isn’t it sweet that Alya considers Jean her best friend? Shame that I don’t think the feeling’s mutual.
Jeannie may need to get an attitude adjustment – she doesn’t have so many friends that she can afford to turn down one.
According to Blue, Haji’s main reason to have an harem was to leech their magic and prolong his own lifespan.
So yes, it totally seems to be customary.

Well the easiest way to become a princess is to marry a prince. It can even happen to an American (unless she is a total bitch, then she can turn a prince into a commoner)

She’s already supposed to be “marrying” the presumed next ruler of all Genies (Guano), so she’s got that covered.
Ask if it comes with a wardrobe.
