For once, Jeanie’s greenish skin tone is intentional!
And speaking of greenish skin tones, if you’re still seeing that green tinge on other characters besides Jeanie, the reason is most likely due to your monitor’s color temperature. If it’s set to around 6500K, everything will look normal. But some programs, and some monitors themselves, will let you set the color temperature to a custom value. Unfortunately, the color palette that CD Rudd uses for skin tones suffers badly when displayed on a low color temperature monitor (around 3000-4000K).
So if you’re seeing those greenish skin tones, look into calibrating your monitor’s color settings. Google has lots of results on how to do that.

Be careful what you wish for… They’re saying El Nino this year might be the strongest one on record. Much worse than ’98, even.
The only thing I remember about that year was the absolutely massive rivers of water rushing down the streets in my little LA suburb of La Crescenta. I was in middle school, and I was sure I’d get washed away if I missed the jump from my mom’s car onto the curb..
Risky. Heavy rain often comes with lightning. Lightning strikes cause fires—whether it’s raining or not, especially if it’s been dry for a long while before.
What California and the West in general needs is *snow* and lots of it. Snow in the mountains soaks into the ground and recharges the aquifers. It will refill the reservoirs in the Spring when it melts, too. Too much rain will just cause more problems, snow is the real need. Hope for a harsh Winter in the Rockies . . .

What the hell was in that hooch? First time i felt bad for Jeanie in a long time.
We don’t know what was in that hooch, it buy be ware kind of situation. You take your chances when drink moon shine or hooch. We know it alcoholic in nature, but that all we know about it. There other things other than alcohol that causing the problem for Jeanie. That why there in Hazard County to find out what was in that hooch and to cure Jeanie of her sneezing and poofing problem.
Could be lead poisoning. Lead salt contamination has been a major problem with moonshine liquor. The stills often have plumbing joined with lead-based solder, Moonshiners also often use old car radiators as condensers.These are full of lead solder, as well as ethylene glycol, which is another a sweet-tasting poison. Either way, Jean is in real hurtin’ status.
Intelligent moonshiners don’t use car radiators or lead solder, because these problems have been well known for decades. But it has happened.
Of course, when you’re dealing with illicit substances, there are always producers who don’t give a rat’s @$$ whether they poison their customers.
Poisoning your customers isn’t anything new. Look at smokers. They buy poison, and keep coming back for more.
Particularly when you deal with cross species situations like this, of course the poor girl could just be car sick (bottle sick?).

Well whatever was causing the magical sneezing has been stoppered, but that doesn’t mean it’s gone. Now it’s just building up inside Jeanie, and apparently making her really ill.

That image is from an older comic that had problems with green tinge in the image itself. CD create a character lineup image partially as a way to lock in the canonical skintone colors, and he uses that to grab the appropriate tones for the characters these days.

Excellent Jim Beam Jeanie bottle. No chips or cracks in bottle or stopper. The cork around the stopper has cracked in half but it still has a super tight seal. Green smoke color.
