Yes it is (thinking of Keenan Wynn’s BAT GUANO character in DR. STRANGELOVE :D).
Nice that we can see this Jeanie’s belly button — Barbara Eden couldn’t show hers on the show due to the network Standards and Practices at the time. Had to wait for the first reunion movie in 1985 before the TV viewers could see it! 😀
Guano was also something needed for various magic spells, so maybe the name is due to that
