Yes, this is Jeanie embracing her feminine self. Jeanie is becoming more female in her thinking all the time and just being women, which is who she is now. Jeanie not a guy anymore and nor does she think like a guy either and nor would she even like being a guy now.

No, she not aware of it. Jean, he doesn’t exist anymore and has been replaced with a blond girl named Jeanie. Yes, forcing Neil into being Natalie is one of the most grievous offenses that Jeanie has committed on Neil. The only difference is that Jeanie a lot of power that Jean didn’t have being a Genie. But, other than that, Jeanie might be a little bit better friend, but, not by much.
