Daniel drew some very sexy mature women. I was very surprised at how his version of Mrs Fremond turned out. My sketch looked more like Edith Bunker. 🙂
Easter eggs on the wall, BTW. Alistair 2 Zook was a funny animal strip I wrote and drew in the early 2000s, and Sam Valentine about a TG private detective was a strip Daniel and I were developing while we worked on Quillian.
We eventually did two Sam Valentine strips (two pages and eight pages) but they were sort of lost somewhere when Daniel died. But before that, he did little statues of my Turtle and Frog characters which I still have.
