Jeanie’s long hair makes her look a little like Honey.
Yeah, that’s something CD was worrying about. It’s why he doesn’t draw Jeanie with long hair very often.
Still, I does make her prettier.
I support that she’s adorable in that first panel.

Jean is so much prettier without her jacket and hair up. Please never put her hair up.
I agree! But as SaylorA pointed out, it makes he look way too much like Honey, from CD’s other webcomic, SailorSun.org.
Not all of us read the other comics. I think Jean looks better with her hair down, myself. Maybe give her an ahoge if that helps to distinguish her?
Pity Neil so quickly lost her colourful hair. Here I was hoping for a unicorn horn or something. ^.~
I was also sad to see Natalie’s Twilight hair get poofed away again.
Maybe make her hair shorter if she looks to much like Honey. I think Jean could use a make over.

Sorry CD, I stopped checking it months ago, along with another comic I used to read regularly. And then one day, I can spend the weekend reading them from the start.
I read sailor sun and frankly I don’t care if Jeanie looks a little like honey she’s still cute.

I notice that when Neil expresses the fact he does not want to be on the ceiling or a woman, his wishes are granted. So if Jeanie is not thinking about it she does what Neil wants.
He didn’t wish for it or ask for it though.
With the tile of “Who you gonna call?” it is simple. You call the freaking Ghostbusters!!! LOL
Except that “Who you gonna call?” is from the proofreader/uploader and not the comicwriter. Perhaps Robert does have advance knowledge of what’s coming up if there’s a few comics done in advance (so there’s a bit of wiggle room if RL schedules preclude doing a comic one week), but I wouldn’t rely on it as “word of god” for being canon.
The “I Dream of General” story arc title is probably more indicative, though I’ve no idea what it would be myself (the crossover poll is down and I’m not big on old tv series. Or new tv series for that matter).

Yeah, don’t take anything written in the description box for the comic itself as being canon. I do not, in fact, have any knowledge of what happens in the next comic. Sometimes CD Makes two JB comics at once, but I rarely know what’s coming next week.

Couple of things. Totally love the ghostbusters reference. I really like long haired jean and who cares if she looks more like honey, those two characters have such different personalities all you have to do is read what they are saying to tell the difference. Finally, from what was said by kazom about genies life force being tied to using magic; in essence jean is kinda bleeding out right now.

SailorSun.org and JeanieBottle both run off the same service provider, and run the same hosting software. The only difference is really the appearance and content.
We’ll need more info if Robert or myself are going to be able to determine what’s causing the issue.
I’m afraid we can’t really do anything about that. You could try switching to a different set of DNS servers (search google for “google dns”), which might possibly help. But there’s nothing we can do on our end to unblock our site from that kind of restriction.

Hmm, interesting. So if Iran’s ISP is blocking this site, what could Robert or CD possibly do about it? And it begs the question as to why it is being blocked. It could be due to the depiction of a genie, often seen in Arabic culture and literature, in this Americanized version being distasteful in some way. Hard to tell. Do the local television outlets run episodes of the old “I dream of Jeanie” show, which this comic is loosely based from?

It isn’t Jeanie that’s being blocked in the report, it’s sailorsun.
I would say she looks way better with her hair down, I would have to admit that this is the only comic of yours I read, but still even if I was reading both, having two people looking a lot alike but not being the same person wouldn’t bug me. she should leave it down more often.
I vote for that. Besides, it make her look more girly too or feminine.
The big bust and hips she has doesn’t already do that?
I’m still surprised how neither Neil nor Jean have had 100 appearances in this comic.
