Jean AKA Jeannie AKA Jeanie is a film, book, and magazine reviewer for a national magazine. Most of Jean’s work is done through email, which means he doesn't have to go into the office.
On a trip to find a gift for his girlfriend, Jean found an empty Genie Bottle. Upon picking up this bottle, Jean became the bottle’s new genie-powered occupant. Not only was Jean turned into a genie, but the bottle turned him into what he believed a genie of the bottle should look like. Which, due to his fascination with a classic 60s TV show, turned him into a busty blonde woman.
A junior engineer working for a small engineering firm in Cocoa Beach. The firm focuses mostly on NASA projects.
Neil is Jean’s best friend. When Jean was turned into a genie, Neil became Jeanie’s master.
I really should get over to sailorsun.org, but I love THIS comic far too much. So i don’t. I come here three times a week (with cash) hoping for an update.
I’m with you … I was hoping CD would have one up already? … it kinda feels like the “To be continued” sign should be up or “Next week on I dream of a Jeanie Bottle” by that voice from “Lost in Space” booming out from your monitors speakers :^>
At the moment it looks like the next update will be posted on, or just before Saturday.
Why the delay? Well, basicly I’m preparing for a lengthy trip. I’m not going to go into detials, and I’m not sure how it’s going to effect updates Long term. But basicly I’ll be leaving my home late this summer and will be away almost a year. As such I have a lot of packing, and prep work to get out of the way. That’s why the comic hasn’t been updated yet. I will get it up be this weekend.
Will there be updates over the year you are gone? Will we have to wait 12 months for episode # 72? (See above for classic TV Batman cliff-hanger ending comment).
My guess is magical hologram.
I don’t think genies can (or should!) animate
non-living things like puppets or manikins.
Sure… Making them move and talk is ok,
as long as it’s magic remote control and
magic ventriloquism.
However…
Creating living creatures is right out!
