EDIT: Fixed the disappearing hands trick that Rodge was doing. He wasn’t suppose to reveal that power until never.

…doesn’t telling Rodge this defeat the purpose of doing it in the first place? He won’t be so susceptible to her advances now that he knows who she is, and if she can’t seduce him to tutor him, Neil gets fired.
I think that Rodge having “earned” the role of company representative at the convention is enough for the boss to have recognized an improvement. If Rodge starts to slack off again later, it will be a matter of “you did well before so stop slacking” as opposed to “you are incompetent”.
And it looks like Rodge guessed it ALMOST right. Assuming that he wasn’t being sarcastic, he’s halfway decently perceptive when he actually pays attention.
I’d agree with that.

Both Neil’s and Rodge’s hands, in various panels, are see-through instead of flesh-coloured. Panel 1, Neil’s left hand (?) apparently has a brown bracelet. Panel 2, Rodge’s hands are see-through (and thus generally pink), while Neil’s right-hand fingers are brown. Panel 4, Rodge has pink fingers while Neil has brown. And panel 5 gives Neil a pink index finger.
I should also note that the tongues in panels 2, 3, 4, and 6 are all incredibly large and bright red. They make me think that the characters are speaking with their tongues stuck all the way out… which might be fine for Neil in panel 3, but doesn’t make a lot of sense elsewhere.
Great now I’m going to see that every time I look at this strip.

Laying aside how cute Natalie looks in the last panel (and the amusement at her covering her breasts after being groped) the part that really entertains me in this strip is Rodge’s being confused by his friend being a real girl as opposed to a hologramatic one and coming to vegas with him.
He also seems very amused by the idea of Jean being the blue haired girl so he probably will take the truth fairly well and with magic being literally Jeannies life force in this comic Neil has a valid reason to keep his abuses under control.
Maybe she’s becoming more lady-like in her actions; I wonder what Jean will do now that Rodge knows her secret
In all likelihood, see what he looks like as a girl.
To punish Neal for blabbing her secret; i think Jean should make both Rodge and Neal girls for a month

Araceli? Last we saw, her bottle was being FedExed back to Neil.
If it was really FedEx, it would be there by now. Ocean freight takes a few weeks. We may assume she will turn up just in time to make Neil’s life even more complicated. (I note that in the TV series, Jeannie was a decent entity, and it was her twin sister who was rotten; here, it appears that those roles are reversed between Jeanie and Araceli.)
Aracelli? The one that was ready to torture Neil? The one that was willing to trap Jean at the bottom of the ocean forever? She may put on a better sweet act, but she isn’t exactly nice.

Seriously. That was pretty inappropriate.
As a technical editor, I hate the talk title. Try, “Fuel Stabilization Under Vacuum”. (Still, I acknowledge seeing far too many titles like the original.)
However, the real title would be more like “Solid Fuel Stabilization…” because of course liquid fuels would never be exposed to vacuum; they’d boil until the vapor in the tank exerted enough pressure to halt the boiling. However, outgassing of solid fuels might be a problem over the long term.
The real problem with liquid fuels is free fall, not vacuum. The trick is keeping the fuel against the fuel line intake.

I think that was more like physical self-defense blocking rather than modesty. Roger does not look to have been gentle.

I seem to be alone in thinking that telling Rog could be a good thing. He’s going to be someone Neil can talk things over with.
In any event, Neil’s not freaking out over having spilled the beans. She’s being pretty matter of fact about it. I like that.

Of course, eventually, Roge will get to experience gender transformation firsthand.
We can only hope.
I admit, though, I’m interested in Jean’s girlfriend Belle getting to experience the xform in the other direction.
Either or both would be interesting though I doubt we’ll see the x-girlfriend changed, on that note said x-girlfriend doesn’t really seem to have cared much for Jean at all.
Rodge will experience many new things if Jean finds out what he thinks of her.
Jean does know what Rodge thinks of Jeanie. He overheard him talking to himself about her. Which is why Jeanie made Natalie attend that date (which led to this situation now).
Though Jeanie probably doesn’t know what Rodge thinks of Jean, and probably also doesn’t care. I mean, Rodge is not wrong.
Whenever you draw a tongue, it looks like it’s inflamed, like a bee stung it or something. I’m still enjoying the story though.
I believe it’s CD’s way of showing that they’re having this conversation at a fairly high volume.
I think neils judgement in letting rodge in on this is questionable.
I wonder if Rodge might try and steal jeans bottle (since i’m guessing hes going to be told the whole story) so that he can wish that Neil would permanently be Natalie and become his girlfriend
That could be interesting; Jean might actually do it to get back at Neil for what he’s put her through
as interesting as that may be, if you remember what happened with jean the last time she tried to change a person’s will she became disembodied. i seriously doubt she would try again.
Hmmm, she wouldn’t necessarily have to to use any kind of mind control. Simply turning Neil permanently into Natalie would have all kinds of interesting consequences.
Natalie doesn’t exist, so she has no official identity. It would be nearly impossible for her to support herself, so she might have to grudgingly accept the role of Rodge’s girlfriend to gain his patronage.
It’s a long shot, but you pointing out the mind control problem shot a hole in the great idea of permanent girlfriend Natalie, so I’m trying to plug it.
I’d also like to point out that Jean specifically cannot force her will on another person but she can possibly enforce someone else’s will onto another person.

I see now we do the inverse of that.
I wonder what color Rodge will end up in when he is dancing around a stripper pole?
