Neil get Dominic out of there before he gets hurt. Also who is at more fault the chaperones for not noticing Dominic missing or the Nasa for not noticing a 10 year old playing explorer on there highly secured base?
The chaperones DID notice he was missing. And it isn’t NASA’s job to check a leaving truck for kids.
All the adults fail, miserably. They didn’t just miss Dominic, they missed a truck driving up to the test stand.
And yes, Neil fails as child-minder.
It wasn’t Neil’s job to mind Dominic. It was his job to mind Caley.

There all at fault Neil for not noticing Dominic missing and Nasa not noticing Dominic snooping around.

Very good point I was just saying both sides are responsible for these kids the only one who wouldn’t be in trouble would be Neil cause in Araceli body while every one thinks he had a work over load breakdown But saving Dominic is more important cause he can get killed from anything were he currently at right?

I have often thought that I’d love to see someone make Assignment Earth into a its own show today, but I just have a hard time imagining how it would work in a modern setting. All those nifty alien-gadgets are already antiquated by today’s real-world tech!
No sign of that, but there is this dude dressed as a biker tussling with a black dude in a nice suit up there.

Gary seven would have had his own series if ratings didn’t matter back then like they don’t matter now.
Given the junk being passed off as Star Trek these days, a Gary Seven TV series would be a positive boon!
A few years ago I read quite a good Star Trek novel which tied together Teri Garr’s Assignment: Earth character and Khan Noonian Singh. Sadly I don’t remember the title or the author.

Quick, Neil, park the Cybertruck right under the booster rocket. The powers that be might not care about a random woman and kid, but that Cybertruck has significant dollar value. They’ll want to rescue that, if nothing else.
If they fire off that engine it’ll be so cool it’d be hot.
But really, there has to be a camera, find it and wave like your life depends on it, because it does.

The situation now is beginning to remind me of that time in the original series when Jeanie’s bottle got locked into a safe that was supposed to be shot to the moon–which has already been referenced in I Dream of Technicolor.
